Modelit is a Salesforce development company that helps businesses implement, customize, and scale their CRM operations. They came to us at a turning point: their brand no longer reflected the quality of their work, their sales process lacked the structure to support their growth, and their website wasn’t doing justice to either.

The project ran across three interconnected workstreams. First, a brand refresh to modernize and sharpen Modelit’s visual identity without losing what made the existing brand recognizable. Second, a service design workshop to map and redesign their sales process, giving the team a clearer, more intentional way to take prospects from first contact to closed deal. Third, the full design of a new website that brought the refreshed brand and the restructured value proposition together into a single, coherent digital presence.

I crafted the overall process and directed the engagement from start to finish. The service design workshop was a key part of the work — this is a structured methodology for mapping how a service actually operates, identifying friction points, and redesigning the experience from the inside out. In Modelit’s case, we focused that lens on their sales process, which is where their team most needed clarity and consistency.
