ARCHIE / AI Powered Accountant

At Archie, I worked as a Product Designer across product strategy, UX & UI Design, prototyping, and AI workflow design for an AI-native accounting platform.

My work focused on transforming complex accounting operations into clear, structured digital experiences that accountants could trust, control, and audit. This included designing core product concepts such as agent-driven workflows that help accounting teams gather documents, analyze data, coordinate tasks, and complete client work more efficiently.

A major part of my role was defining how AI should behave inside a professional accounting product. I designed experiences that balance automation with human oversight, including approval flows, progress visibility, audit trails, evidence tracking, and interfaces that make AI work feel transparent rather than hidden.

I also contributed to Archie’s product direction for its V3 evolution, helping rethink the platform around Topics as the central collaboration primitive. This included designing how emails, documents, agent actions, client communications, and accounting workflows could come together in one shared workspace.

Beyond product flows, I worked on the visual and interaction direction of the platform, exploring a more enterprise-grade desktop app experience with dense information architecture, persistent navigation, status-rich interfaces, and professional tooling patterns inspired by advanced productivity and creative software.
